PeopleSource has some very exciting times ahead and is growing steadily.  We opened our doors six weeks ago and have already completed a number of deals with more in the pipeline. We are a new consultancy with honesty at its core.  We are looking for someone very special – a star – to join our small, hardworking, dedicated and determined team.

The role will require someone with recruitment experience who is a true self-starter and a genuine multi-tasker.  Honestly. The variety and number of tasks to be successful is vast.  The list below will give you a flavour of what is required from an experienced consultant:

• Source suitable CV’s
• Interview and advise candidates on vacancies, interview techniques, career choices and next steps
• Develop business & opportunities with new clients who are looking to grow their teams
• Attend client meetings allowing both parties gain a further understanding of the partnership they are about to embark on
• Guide candidates & clients through the recruitment process from interview preparation to offer management and everything in between
• Identify the right cultural fit for both clients and candidates
