Our focus is Finance recruitment in Industry & Commerce, if you join us with this type of experience you will hit the ground running. We work as a team, shortlisting together and always helping each other out.
We don’t have KPI’s, but we do have revenue targets – we are a business after all! We work from home a couple of days a week, we encourage getting out and about to meet both clients and candidates and we spend a couple of days together in the office sharing information, experience and advice.
We are all pretty curious which we believe makes a good recruitment consultant into a great consultant. We take pride in our work, we care about our clients & candidates and we look after each other. It really is a great environment, even if we do say so ourselves!
