Principal Recruitment Consultant

PeopleSource are looking to grow out their team with an experienced Principal Recruitment Consultant. This opportunity would ideally suit an ambitious and confident individual, who is comfortable working in an autonomous role, ideally with a background or experience within the finance or accountancy sector. You will be offered a strong commission model as well as a very flexible working arrangement without any micro-management. We prefer a minimal approach to KPI’s, instead placing a focus on delivery and, most-importantly, personal earnings.

Location: Dublin city centre offices (currently working remotely)
Salary: €70 - €80k+ OTE  
PeopleSource are a boutique, specialist recruitment company, working solely within the Accountancy and Finance recruitment sector, supporting Irish-based businesses across the island of Ireland.
We possess a strong, well-known and reliable brand within the sector and are corporate partners to the main 4 Accountancy industry bodies, ACA, ACCA, CPA and CIMA.
Minimum 3-4 years 360’ recruitment experience, with responsibilities covering the full spectrum with the main duties outlined below.
The main role & duties for the Senior Recruitment Consultant:

• Managing existing client relationships whilst prospecting future business and new clients in the Irish market.
• Candidate attraction through targeted bespoke advertisements across the main Irish job boards.
• Sourcing talented professionals for our existing clients utilising our existing database (Bullhorn), or social media, predominantly LinkedIn.
• Candidate screening - interviewing candidates, CV presentation and interview preparation.
• Managing the recruitment process on behalf of clients, with CV preparation, interview scheduling and employment offer process

• At least 3 years' experience working within a recruitment consultancy in Ireland.
• Ideally possessing experience working on a 'hot desk' in the Accountancy and Finance recruitment sector in Ireland.
• Driven, self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
• organised and have good time management skills.
• A great communicator, both written and verbal.
• An excellent stakeholder manager
• Highly IT proficient.
• Based in Ireland at present and eligible to work here full-time.
