Financial Controller – Hybrid – LouthSalary up to €80,000 plus bonus, health insurance, pensionReporting to Finance DirectorResponsibilities - Full responsibility for month-end reporting pack
- Staff management and development, working with two part-qualified accountants on their way to qualification
- Year on year budgeting & forecasting, highlighting variances, improvements and corrections
- Work with divisional heads of department on KPI’s, analysis and cost control
- Implement process improvements where deemed necessary
- Analysis, there is a strong commercial element to this role, excellent analysis & insights will be required to assist the business make informed commercial decisions
Requirements - Qualified accountant
- Previous staff management would be an advantage
- Ambitious, there is a good career path available for the successful candidate
- Excellent communicator
Remuneration - Salary up to €80,000 plus bonus, health insurance & pension contribution
