Finance & Operations Manager – Dublin 9 – Salary c €70,000 – €80,000
Our client, a very successful Irish owned business is looking for a new Finance & Operations Manager to join their team. The vacancy has become available due to someone retiring after 20 years! This is a great opportunity for someone to go in and make the role their own, bring in new systems, processes and their commercial acumen.
Responsibilities
- Manage the finance function – is it better to keep everything in-house with a small team or outsource certain tasks? The choice is yours
- Implement a new system – currently the company is ‘server’ based and they are looking to move to the cloud. Have you done this before?
- Be the main point of contact for all operations from HR to IT and Finance (naturally)
- Add value to the finance function, work with sales & the general manager to bring the figures to life, give them meaning, perhaps implement a dashboard of relevant KPI’s
- Full cashflow control, dealing with banks and clients
Requirements
- Qualified accountant – ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA
- Excellent communicator – both written & verbal
- Staff management & development experience
- Commercial acumen
- Systems upgrade/implementation experience
Remuneration
- Up to €80,000 depending on experience
