Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing - Carlow – Up to €65,000 An excellent opportunity has just arisen to work locally in highly visible commercial finance role. Reporting to the local MD on a daily basis but also reporting the numbers to the Head office in Kildare. Lot’s of support provided from head office, but the successful candidate will have a lot of autonomy on site in Carlow working with operations, procurement, designers and production.Responsibilities - Preparing the monthly management accounts and reporting pack, delivering insights & analysis directly to the onsite senior leadership team
- Providing informed overview on finances across stock, waste, procurement and production
- Working with divisions on their budgets & forecasts, monitoring anomalies, highlighting variances and providing assistance with potential solutions
- Assist with developing a dashboard of realistic KPI’s, working with non-finance team members, bringing practical meaning to the figures
- Overview of fixed assets and potential capital investments required
Requirements - Qualified accountant, would potentially suit a CIMA qualified candidate
- If you had some experience in Manufacturing that would be ideal
- Living locally would be a help as it is on site most days
- System experience of Microsoft Navision would be great too!
- Strong communication who loves numbers and can bring meaning to their impact to non-finance focussed colleagues
