Corporate Finance Executive – CityWest

Our client has completed five acquisitions in the past 18 months and expects to do more of the same over the coming two years.  Working closely with the CFO this is a great opportunity for someone looking to experience a hybrid role covering both Corporate Finance with the ability to help out in the wider finance function from assisting with the integration of acquired businesses, streamlining processes etc.

In the insurance sector, experience in this sector would be preferred but not essential. 

Role

• Working closely with the CFO on manging the pipeline
• Assisting with identifying potential acquisitions
• Full responsibility for the due diligence process
• Liaising with key external stakeholders – legal, banks, finance
• Good financial modelling and analysis required

Requirements

• Qualified accountant, ideally from a Big 4 Corporate Finance team
• Two years industry experience would be preferred but again, not essential
• Commercial acumen and strong communication
• Previous experience of successfully completed transactions would be great

Remuneration

• €55,000 - €70,000 depending on experience
