AP Accounts Assistant - 35k
SUMMARY
Responsible for the Employee Expenses Process and will also contribute to the Month-End GL Process, in a Multi Company, Multi Currency Environment.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Analyzing store and general office expenses
· Developing reporting and analysis tools
· Developing forecasting tools in order to project future expense levels
· Identify areas of opportunity that through change can result in time savings
· Making Electronic Payments via Payroll & Archiving/coding of invoices
· Month End GL Accounting and Preparation of Supporting Schedules
· Preparation of supporting prepayment file
BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE)
At least 1 year experience in a similar role. Leaving Certificate and / or relevant Third Level Qualification.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluent written and verbal English essential
