Treasury Accountant - Dublin 4
Exciting opportunity for a treasury professional to work as part of a small team within an Irish professional consulting firm with global operations.
Requirements :
Review of all Treasury postings, query investigation and resolution
Liaise with payroll and payments teams to ensure timely and complete banking and accounting transactions within the system
Work to tight deadlines, you will be responsible for population of the weekly 12 week cashflow forecast for the group, assisted by the Treasury Manager
Work closely with Group Finance in relation to preparation of half yearly and annual accounts treasury notes
You will be the primary contact with External Auditors in relation to the coordination of half year / annual audits.
Maintain banking mandates/powers matrix
Implement the FX strategy to reduce overall Group risk.
Ideal candidate will have :
3rd Level degree in Business/ Finance/ Economics/ Accounting
Treasury experience - 2 years or more post qualification experience
Flexible individual whom can cope with competing demands and tight deadlines
Skills :
Self Starter - Excellent Team player - People skills - Analytical
