Tax Trainee - Dublin City Centre
Our clients are specialist tax advisers with an opening in their tax trainee programme. The small tax practice will give you real insight into the world of tax advising.
The group provide advice directly to private clients, as well as intermediaries, and provide back-up tax technical expertise to complement legal and accountancy firms’ own services. The firm advises across all tax heads and the training is varied and extensive.
Responsibilites:
The position involves mainly tax compliance work initially, and over the 4 year training program you will gain practical experience across a range of tax heads with the option of developing consultancy skills as your tax technical knowledge develops. The training is tiered and progressive and the level of responsibility and exposure to more complex tax issues will increase as your skills develop. You will interact directly with clients, government agencies and other professional services firms.
You will successfully complete the Irish Taxation Institute’s Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) exams as part of the training contract.
