One of the hottest Insights Consultancies in town is expanding. They are now looking for a Senior Strategic Executive/Leader/Director to join their team.
This exciting role will suit someone who is career driven, likes to take the lead, uses initiative and delivers out of the box solutions for their international client portfolio.
Role:
- Take the lead on commercial projects, from idea to successful delivery. The right person will feel confident and comfortable with each new project – preparing the proposal, designing the research, working very closely with the clients, delivering successful fieldwork, interpreting the analysis and presenting the findings, solutions, options & answers!
- The role would suit someone who can work independently, take ownership & responsibility, set and work to deadlines and think latterly
- The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in consumer insights, demonstrating career growth and the delivery of successful projects
- Our client is looking for someone who has experience & curiosity for the sector, brands & markets they work in. Someone ‘comfortable in their own skin’, who can hold a room – confident not arrogant, a great listener and empathetic!

Requirements:
- A few successful years’ experience in consumer insights (agency or client side), with a passion to develop further
- Degree/Masters
- Experience of organising and delivering fieldwork projects and interpreting qualitative & quantitative research to inform brand positioning and communication ideas
- Excellent communication is essential – both written and verbal
- Strong presentation skills
- Travel up to c 25%
Remuneration:
- Our client could look to hire two candidates therefore the salary range is from €70,000 to €90,000 (maybe a bit more) for the right person
