Senior Financial Accountant - €58,000 – West Dublin
Due to an internal restructure our client is now looking for a Senior Financial Accountant to join their growing team. Currently working a hybrid model which is expected to continue post Covid. This role will suit a commercial astute, robust accountant who is comfortable engaging across the business. Based near the Red Cow, this role will suit someone ideally coming from the construction/engineering/utilities sectors.
Reporting to Financial Controller
Responsibilities
- Preparation of monthly management accounts with commentary
- Assisting with five year forecasts, budgets and cashflow
- Preparation and delivering of presentations to the Senior Leadership Team
- Developing strong relationships across the organisation allowing you to contribute to process improvements and commercial opportunities
- Liaising with Auditors from planning to submission
- Identify areas for process improvement, discuss and execute
Requirements
- Qualified accountant, ideally with industry experience in construction/utilities/engineering sectors
- Ideally experience in MS Dynamics
- Quick thinker who identifies an issue, raises it to the relevant stakeholders and provides a potential solution
- Excellent analytical & communication skill are required for this role
Remuneration
- Up to €58,000 plus benefits.
