Management Accountant - Manufacturing - Co. Kerry

Management Accountant – 12-month FTC – Manufacturing - €60,000 – Co. Kerry

This is an exciting role for a Finance Business Partner who enjoys product costing, inventory and business partnering in a manufacturing environment.   Liaising with various stakeholders, strong communication skills are essential. 

Due to a system implementation the person who would usually fulfil this role is moving to the system implementation project for the next 12 months, however, with many implementation projects they can often be extended!  This is a really lovely company to work for, some really strong finance leaders who work hard but enjoy life!

Role

• Preparation of all monthly management reporting, cost reporting, budgets, inventory
• Business partnering on budgets, forecasting, variance analysis, inventory and costs
• Liaising with financial accounting & submission of information for consolidation pack
• Working with manufacturing leads on pricings, costings, waste, optimisation, volume
• Work closely with finance teams on other sites to ensure consistency and where possible identify process improvements and robust internal controls

Requirements

• Qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA
• Previous (ideally recent) experience of working in a manufacturing environment
• SAP knowledge would be a distinct advantage

Salary

• Base salary €60,000 plus completion bonus and benefits
