Loan Administrator - Dublin

Joining our disbursals team of two professionals and working with the social finance team.
This role is a critical role in the company and focuses on efficiently collating a portfolio of documentation for each client across our growing client base, cross referencing with our credit compliance checklist and presenting to the loan authoriser for loan approval.
Major responsibilities :
Borrowers compliance with company credit policy
Quality customer service
Personal Specification :
The ideal candidate will demonstrate an ability to exercise good judgment, think critically and offer solutions to challenges with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. At times client facing, they will posses strong data management skills. Crucially, the appointed candidate will demonstrate an ability to work to weekly and demanding loan deadlines.
Ideally 2-3 years in a compliance/ credit/ grants administration role
Qualification in credit/ finance, business or administration would be advantageous
Proven track record of analysing capital projects costs and projecting cashflow requirements
Proven track record of managing multiple clients accounts/ portfolios
Knowledge of the community and voluntary sector would be an advantage
knowledge of procurement procedures would be an advantage
Knowledge of Mircosoft Office, Full drivers Licence and own transport
