Tax Specialist - Global Mobility – Dublin 4
Reporting to Group Tax Manager
Salary €70,000 - €80,000 depending on experience
Our client has been growing rapidly over the past five years, now in several global locations from Singapore to New York, as a result their Tax team is expanding.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with HR and the Tax team, this role will be a main point of contact for all employee tax related queries globally
- Advise on all employee tax issues & liaise with external providers where necessary
- Develop and maintain employee tax policies ensuring compliance in all jurisdictions including travel and international contractors
Requirements
- Tax qualified, ideally having worked in a Global Mobility or People & Organisation team
- Excellent communication and relationship builder, this is a key role working with staff internationally, the ability to convey tax solutions to non-tax professionals is needed!
- Organised with the ability to prioritise
