Accounting Manager – North Dublin – Hybrid - €100,000
Based in North Dublin, this retail & distribution orientated listed US multinational is looking for a GL Manager to develop a team of 5 GL Accountants, focussing on management & statutory reporting & process improvement across Ireland, Italy, Germany and the US.
Responsibilities
- Managing & developing a team of 5+ GL Accountants
- Oversee the month-end close, reviewing statutory accounts in line with reporting deadlines & filings
- Manage the month-end close for the management accounts, reviewing the summaries
- Co-ordinate the annual audit process, sox compliance & balance sheet reconciliations
- Work with budgeting & forecasting
- Responsible for payroll, fixed assets & intercompany accounting
- Drive process improvements
Requirements
- Qualified accountant with three to five years’ experience in a share service centre environment
- Big 4/Top 10 practice trained
- Knowledge of SOX, US GAAP and SAP
Remuneration
- Up to €100,000 plus bonus & benefits. Three days in the office, two from home
