Financial Accountant – Irish HQ’D PLC - Dublin City Centre

Our client, an Irish HQ’d plc, is seeking a Financial Accountant to join their city centre based team. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, the successful candidate will paly a key role in the development of a top-class finance function.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, recently qualified accountant looking for a challenging role and the opportunity to further develop their skills.

Your Role:

• Prepare month end journals
• Balance sheet analysis and reconciliations
• Develop and manage the fixed asset register
• Implement and monitor financial controls
• Prepare ad hoc management reports
• Assist in the annual audit process

Your Skills:

• Recently qualified accountant with previous exposure to various accounting systems and internal control environments
• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Adaptable with strong communication skills
