Responsibilities
- Responsibility for consolidated monthly management accounts preparation
- Overseeing the preparation of Management Reporting Packs for Board Meetings and monthly KPI reporting.
- Manage the day-to-day financial operations
- Revenue analysis and reporting
- Effective Business Partnering to all departments
- Budgeting, variance analysis, tax planning and compliance
- Cash management, treasury and ongoing system enhancement
- Management and development of finance team
Requirements
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA)
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships
- Team player, strong communications and influencing skills
- An interest in working in a dynamic, commercial environment
- Proven ability to have a good attention to detail and ability to deliver results
- Ability to work autonomously, handle conflict, work under pressure and grow with in the organization
