Finance Business Partner – North Dublin - €75,000 +/- with excellent benefitsReporting to a fabulous CFO our client is looking for an ambitious, commercial and personable Finance Business Partner to join their growing team. Based in North Dublin, this role will play a key part in driving profitability for your business division.
Responsibilities - The standard tasks for someone looking after a full P&L (c. €100m) including month-end (3 day close), reporting packs, budgeting, forecasting
- Staff management & development of a team of two
- Build relationships with the Divisional MD and other key stakeholders, communicating essential financial information – variances, pricing, profitability, costs, etc
- Work with Group Finance across audit, VAT, bank recs, treasury and cashflow
- Present commentary at Business Unit board meetings allowing informed business decisions to be made
Requirements • Qualified accountant with ideally two/three years post practice/qualified experience
• Strong communicator with confident presentation skills and the ability to convey salient points on finance to non-finance employees
• Proven staff management & development
• Previous experience of P&L ownership would be ideal
Remuneration • Base €75,000 plus excellent benefits & bonus
