Commercial Finance Analyst – Construction – Dublin City Centre

Our client, a market leading construction company, is seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their expanding team in Dublin City Centre.

The successful candidate will provide critical commercial support to the Business. This is an excellent opportunity to for a commercially minded, qualified accountant to join a busy finance team with vast career progression possibilities.

Your Role:

• Provide revenue analysis using CRM tool
• Liaise with Project Managers to ensure all costs are recorded
• Post Journals and accruals
• Prepare project appraisal review
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting
• Continuous process improvement across GL maintenance, sales tools optimization and cost monitoring

• Qualified Accountant
• Strong excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication with the ability partner with teams across the business
