Accounts Professional / Bookkeeper - SME - Full Time, Permanent, Hybrid Position
We are a thriving SME distributor with offices in South Dublin.
Preparing accounts to trial balance
Prepare tax returns - VAT, Paye, Intrasat & WEE
Manage accounts payable and oversee accounts receivable person and banking
Payroll ( small team < 10 ), Stock reconciliation and ad-hoc financial reporting
Review process flow and recommend improvements
Office Management responsibilities
Co - Ordinate smooth running of company
Being a point of contact for staff for all office related queries
Fulfilling health and safety and fire officer responsibilities
This is a largely stand- alone position; you will need to be an experienced bookkeeper/assistant accountant with demonstrable experience, along with experience in SME accounting packages such as sage or quickbooks, and strong Excel skills.
You will need to have a happy can- do attitude and be well organised with experience working to various deadlines.
You will be given full training to ensure you can fulfil the duties required. The exact salary will be made commensurate with experience. The work location will be a mix of office-based and work from home roughly 50/50, you will need to be able to easily get to their office in Dublin 16.
