Accounts Assistant- D4
Our client, a major fuel supplier, are currently recruiting for a highly motivated Finance Assistant to join their Dublin Office based in Dublin 4.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Treasury team to perform daily payments runs, administer and co-ordinate company credit card/cash expenses and provide support to local offices for bank account administration. This role requires an organised and proactive individual who has proven availability to work to tight deadlines while ensuring high attention to detail
Main responsibilities of the role include:
Organisation and administration of company credit cards, to include
Entry of expense claims
Reviewing and verifying claims
Liaising with banks and internal employees to administer any changes to accounts
Providing relevant employee expense analysis and reports to management
Preparation and processing of electronic transfers and payments on a daily basis
Managing and administering around 100 global bank accounts
Preparation of global banking forms
Arranging the relevant signatories
Liaising with Banks and internal employees to administer any changes to accounts
Any ad hoc duties in relation to the Company bank accounts
Working with, and supporting, other Treasury Assistant’s where necessary
Other adhoc reports as required
Previous experience working in a Finance/Treasury role.
Knowledge of bank accounts administration.
Wide knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
A flexible and adaptable nature, with the ability to multi-task and work proactively.
