Our client based in Dundrum, South Dublin are looking for an Accounts Assistant. You will be coming from a solid accounting and administration background and have the ability to manage the financial transactions of numerous entities including preparing monthly management reports, reconciling bank accounts.
You will be joining a diverse team and liaising with the different departments to streamline our procedures. Ideally part-qualified accountant or accountant technician with a minimum of two years hands on experience is required as the role is stand alone and will involve working autonomously. Experience in Sage / Xero accounting packages an advantage.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparing monthly management reports
• Processing and paying day to day invoices
• Reconciling bank accounts
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Highly organised
• Proficient in Excel
• Proven administration skills
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
